Recovery Courts are a five-level intervention program for adults who have been arrested or are currently under probation supervision and given the second chance opportunity to recover from substance use disorder and regain stability in the community.

 

Our mission is to assist individuals in breaking the cycle of addiction by incorporating early court intervention, treatment, and education to improve safety and quality of life for the individual participants and their families while reducing the impact of substance use on the community and criminal justice system as a whole.
